This website is used to book orders and receive payments. Most of the Software products are delivered to customers Electronically in the form of ESD ( Downloadable) and are sent to the EMAIL-ID given at the time of ordering.
Depending on the product and delivery method selected the website charges shipping on products. Free shipping may be granted in some cases depending on the product and customer's address.
The software may be purchased by individuals for themselves or for a Company/Corporation/Organization or legal entity.
All products may not be available for shipment to all regions. For this purpose, the website imposes certain geographical restrictions on the sale of products in specific regions.
Once the order is paid for, an order mail is sent to the customer EMAIL-ID used at the time of ordering and a copy of the same is sent to the delivery team for further process the order. In case the customer feels there is a change in order send us an email on the order mail with the Subject within 24 hours or before the delivery. Returns Policy may apply on the order and the amount is refunded as per the Return Policy if there is any change in the order.
Once the order is confirmed by the customer, the back-office team may procure the goods (not including software) or deliver from stock. In the case of software, licenses are always procured from OEMs and third parties for which the owning company is a valid re-seller.
Once goods/software is ready for delivery email is sent to the customer on his registered EMail-ID with the delivery information. Customers can also sign in to their account and find the license / Download Link and Invoice under the My Account Section against the particular Order No.
